It's been quite some time since the "old" client area on https://liveguardmu.com/clients/ was causing us troubles (this included tickets, payments, invoices, and more ), now we have finally finished this brand new area for you.

This area is now called "manager" area, and you will benefit of the following:

  • Better support response on tickets
  • Better payment options and invoicing, as well as nice PDF export for invoices
  • Abillity to manage your software Licences, change or update server IP/HWID anytime
  • More support staff, including technical support
  • Multi-Language support for more than 20+ different languages
  • Knowledgebase where you will find tutorials, troubleshooting information
  • Affiliate system, yes you can make money by recommending our products to others
And many more for you to discover!

Unfortunately we could not migrate accounts or orders to this new "manager" so in order to proceed using this new "manager" area, we need you to perform a few steps. These steps are simple and straight forward:


Transferring Accounts and Licences:

  • You need to register your account here, preferably with the same details which you have on https://liveguardmu.com/clients/.
  • After registration, you need to verify your email address ( confirm your email address ), this will prevent future issues as well payment issues.
  • Open a support ticket in the Account/License Transfers departament, filling up the neccesary details so we can transfer your existing License from https://liveguardmu.com/clients/.
  • Everything related to your existing License will be transfered here, including your payment subscription

New Registrations and Orders


As you can imagine we will have a lot of requests and transfers to finish as quickly as possible, so all new orders will have to go into a "queue", and we will process every new order accordingly in that "queue".

  • You need to register your account here, and please avoid using fake details otherwise your order will be rejected and your account will be banned.
  • After registration, you need to verify your email address ( confirm your email address ), this will prevent future issues as well payment issues.
  • Order your desired product and fill in the necessary details.
